October is usually month which the Orchestra inaugurated another, new artistic season. This time October is the month of the jubilee of the 50th anniversary. Therefore, we invite you to the Jubilee Festival entitled "Half a Century in the Century." It will be a series of three concerts - on October 7, 14 and 21 in Poznań, at the  Adam Mickiewicz University Hall. The soloists are: Mischa Maisky, Daniel Hope, Makoto Ozone. Additionally, during one of the concerts we will hear the organs and Roman Perucki as a soloist. The concert will be enriched by the exhibition of paintings by Mariusz Kałdowski inspired by Britten's music. The orchestra will be led by, Agnieszka Duczmal and Anna Duczmal-Mróz, and in the final concert we will see both Ladies - Conductors on one stage.
The final concert will be lead by Krzysztof Materna as a lector.
The concerts take place under the Honorary Patronage of the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region, Marek Woźniak.
Also, on October 16, the Orchestra with Agnieszka Duczmal as a conductor will perform at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw with Maxim Vengerov.
